Tailored guidance for Malaysian firms considering regional expansion, or for regional businesses establishing a local presence. Includes a market feasibility brief, a stakeholder map, and a sequencing plan for the first twelve months of activity.
A compact engagement for leaders who would like a thoughtful sounding board on a specific decision or transition. Two carefully structured sessions to help you articulate the question, surface assumptions, and examine options — with session summaries and a follow-up note.

We usually start with a short introductory call — roughly thirty minutes — to understand your situation and whether there is a good fit. If we proceed, we put together a brief scope note before any commitment is made. There is no pressure, and we are candid if we feel a different kind of support would serve you better.
Yes. While our office is based in Kuala Lumpur, we work with clients throughout Peninsular Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region. Much of our work can be conducted through a combination of in-person sessions and remote calls, depending on what suits the engagement.
We tend to begin with reading — your plans, reports, and any relevant material — before we speak at length. Our sessions are structured but conversational. Deliverables are written documents you can use and refer back to; we do not produce slide decks for their own sake. We stay in close contact throughout and are available between formal sessions for brief exchanges.
Each of our engagements carries a fixed fee, stated upfront. Business Direction Review is MYR 2,350; Market Entry Advisory is MYR 3,870; Leadership Clarity Session is MYR 1,420. We do not bill by the hour. Payment terms are discussed during scoping and typically split across the engagement. We do not add charges for travel within the Klang Valley.
Entirely. All client conversations, documents, and deliverables are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any material is shared, and we routinely do so as a matter of course.
